As the Public Administration Syllabus says , one has to cover the entire Course with in the Following Heading . As it contains many Theories and Concepts in side, a thorough analysis and proper presentation of Ideas will make the effort more productive .
So we have to move in a very systemic way , so that... the entire Subject will be imbibed inside the brain during the Journey of this Chapter and we need not to mug up any Chapter and Ideas .It is only the self Interest and Patience which has lot of value during this Journey . And I will try my best to bring the effort to the field and stick to the PLAN , which I have designed to make this group more effective .
