Public Administration (Useful Links)

Many of us I think are going to take Public administration as one of the optional. I know all of us got tired of searching for free ebooks about Public admin. But fortunately, IGNOU provided an online resource named egyankosh with in an unfortunate way. The material they provided is very great but the way they arranged the database is very difficult to find the subject of interest, even if we find the subject it is divided into 100s of pdfs. Dont worry I downloaded every one of the pdf available for download for Pub Ad and joined them chapter wise. It will be useful for everyone who are looking for IGNOU material which costs a good amount if I share them. I got a good response for my work on orkut.so, I hope I will continue this effort for other subjects too.

So IGNOU s material is divided into following chapters

2. Indian Administration
3. Development administration
4. Personnel administration
5. Financial administration
6. Public policy

I have successfully uploaded four chapters on web. I have 5th chapter full and I am able to download only half of sixth chapter. 5th and 6th chapters will be uploaded soon(I can upload it to rapidshare or megaupload or someother general file sharing service,but I know the problem with those sites ,you wont get slots to download.So I chose mediafire,with which anyone can download any number of files freely with high speeds with download managers).
